General Information: At this time, we may ask the zip code of the user to find the nearest branches using the Google Maps Platform. A randomly generated userid is used identify a returning user and to save favorites but that userid does not explicitly tell us who the real user is. No other personally identifiable information is collected from the users when you use our services. We also do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen.

Usage / Performance Information: Our Conversational services automatically collect usage information when you engage with the services. Usage information may include the choices made / questions asked during the voice interactions, usage frequency.

Website Usage Information: For visitors on our website, usage information collected is the number and frequency of visitors to each web page and the duration of their visit. Website usage information may include the domain names and/or corresponding IP addresses of those who visit our website. Pellucent Technologies also uses cookies and may use other tracking technologies on our website.
